In Matthew 25, Jesus continues His end-times teaching from the Mount of Olives, revealing not only what will happen at the close of the age, but why God has not yet brought history to its end. In the Olivet Parables—the Ten Virgins and the Bags of Gold—Jesus explains that the delay in His return is intentional, marked by mercy, patience, and a final opportunity for the world to believe.

As wars, upheaval, and global unrest unfold just as Jesus foretold, this message explores the prophetic reality that we are living in a season of grace. God is waiting until the gospel reaches all nations and all who will believe are given the chance to respond. The delay is not absence—it is mercy.

This sermon calls us to see the present moment through an eternal lens. Jesus warns that the end will come suddenly, but only after a long season of waiting. Until then, His people are to remain spiritually prepared, faithfully obedient, and actively invested in His Kingdom purposes. We are living in the time between promise and fulfillment, called to be ready, fruitful, and faithful—occupying until He comes.
